How I can help

My professional background

I have pursued a career in Financial Services since I was a teenager and my grandfather introduced me to stocks and investing. I completed a few internships while in college and was always determined to move to NYC, the Financial Capital of the world. I chased my dreams after college and made it happen, ultimately becoming a Partner with another individual who is 5 years older than me and had been building the firm before I got there. I also founded our Client Service Division. I consider myself to be well-versed in productivity, organization, systems thinking, efficiency, personal and professional growth and balancing work, life and mental health. My long-term goal is to remove myself from my business and turn it into a system that is automated as much as possible and create as much autonomy and flexibility as possible for those on my team so everyone can earn more income, work less and have a more enriching life.

How to work with me

What I can offer

Lessons learned from a decade and a half of failures Professional and personal growth resources Books and tools for learning about how to make your business more lucrative Network of 1000's of people in pretty much every industry who could serve as resources to anyone I work with Perspective of being a business owner going from working 100+ hour weeks to far less and trying to balance life with work

My expectations for a successful mentoring relationship

Show up on time Be accountable for your actions regardless of the outcome, good or bad Do what you say Give 110% every time we connect and do your best every day Honesty and transparency Critical feedback loops Communicate everything all the time

How entrepreneurs can prepare before we start

What are your 1 year, 5 year, 10 year and lifetime goals, both personally and professionally? What service does your business provide, if you were to distill into what sentence? What do you hope to get out of working with a mentor; ie: the ideal outcome of this relationship looks like ___? What are the top 3-5 areas of growth that you would like to focus on? What is the purpose or meaning of the work you're doing? What do I need to know about you to work with you in a successful (ie: what does your "car manual" so to speak look like?)
